So last night, I was on a weary expedition to get groceries. When I had finished and was pulling up in my apartment complex, the parking lot is still icy. There are still huge potholes. My little Jeep (her name is ginger) got stuck in one of the giant potholes and my four wheel drive was of no use. I was quite distressed when suddenly a nice fellow came along and pushed my car out of the muck. This was just one small way someone REDEFINED SERVICE for me!

A couple weeks ago when it was snowing like mad, I went out to my car and started scraping off my windshield. Two seconds later a boy from my complex ran over and said, "Hey, get in your car and start warming it up, I'll take care of this for you!" I've watched him do this for many people, he is always looking for ways to serve. I really appreciated his help!

“I was unlocking my bike and my friend Adam Nicoll asked me if I was going to campus. When I said that I was, he offered me a ride. Instead of being five minutes late, I was five minutes early. Thanks Adam!”
